Article number: 198714

ENVIRONMENT

  • BioResolve
  • Size exclusion chromatography (SEC)
  • mAb
  • IgG

ANSWER

  • BioResolve SEC mAb columns
  • ACQUITY BEH SEC 200A columns
  • XBridge BEH SEC 200A columns

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

BioResolve SEC mAb columns are the best choice of column since they have been specially manufactured for mAb analysis, including optimal shipping solvent for out-of-the-box good recoveries of High Molecular Weight Species (HMWS) and Low Molecular Weight Species (LMWS).  Each individual column is QC-tested with an mAb size variant standard as well, to ensure each column will perform well as intended.

BEH SEC 200A columns are not specifically manufactured for mAb analysis and are for more general protein SEC Analysis.  mAb's can be analyzed on BEH SEC columns, but the columns may require conditioning injections in order to achieve good recovery of High Molecular Weight Species (HMWS) and Low Molecular Weight Species (LMWS).
