What is the protein molecular weight range for BEH C4, 300A, Delta-Pak C4, 300A and Symmetry C4 300A columns? - WKB192043

Article number: 192043

ENVIRONMENT

  • Column selection
  • Bridged ethylene hybrid (BEH)
  • ACQUITY
  • XBridge
  • BEH 300 C4 Protein
  • ACQUITY Premier
  • MaxPeak
  • High Performance Surfaces (HPS)
  • Delta-Pak
  • Symmetry300
  • C4

ANSWER

Waters expects that these columns will be able to retain proteins with molecular weights of at least 150 kDa.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

It may be possible to retain proteins as high as 500 kDa, but Waters has not performed studies to verify this.

Experimentation would be needed in order to determine the actual molecular weight range for specific proteins.
