Should I use smaller ID SEC columns, 2 mm and 1 mm ID, for low abundant size analysis of antibody charged variants? - WKB106875
Article number: 106875
ENVIRONMENT
- Size exclusion chromatography (SEC)
- SEC columns
- Antibody charged variants
ANSWER
No, this is not recommended. The system volume of almost every standard system would be too much for the separation and challenging for looking at low sample concentrations.
