      • The sample consists of the Humanized mAb Mass Check Standard [186009125], which is reduced and digested with Ides. The Ides enzyme cleaves the heavy chain between the glycine-glycine amino acid residues. This sample consist of three sequences: Fc/2, Fd', and LC.

    • mAb Tryptic Digest Standard [186009126]

      • This sample consist of the Humanized mAb Mass Check Standard [186009125], which is reduced and alkylated to cleave the disulfide bridges. Then it is digested with trypsin. This sample consists of the two sequences HC and LC.
