Can I reconstitute MassPREP OST standards (186004135) with my TEA-HFIP mobile phase? - WKB51397

Article number: 51397

ENVIRONMENT

  • Oligonucleotide Separation Technology (OST)
  • Oligonucleotide Standard
  • OST Standard
  • MassPREP

ANSWER

Yes, but see the additional information below.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The recommended diluent for reconstitution of this standard is 100 mM triethylammonium acetate (TEAA).

Waters has not evaluated sample stability if this standard is reconstituted with a TEA-HFIP mobile phase solution. Reconstituting with a TEA-HFIP mobile phase is not expected to harm instrument fluidics, so this should be OK if someone wants to evaluate reconstituting with TEA-HFIP.
