This application note shows the AccQ•Tag Ultra method on an Arc HPLC system and an ACQUITY Arc system.

The only additional HW considerations are to make sure the Arc HPLC is equipped with a 30-cm CHC with passive preheater and the 2489 UV Detector has a 10-mm HPLC analytical flow cell. Also very important are total recovery vials with non-PFTE/silicone slit caps. Ensuring that the derivatization protocol is followed to the letter is the most important part of sample preparation.
