Reconstitute the Cyclic IMS Trisaccharide Mix (186009273) prior to injection.

PROCEDURE

1. Prepare a diluent made with 70:30 acetonitrile/water.
2. Decant 10 mL of the diluent into a beaker.
3. Dissolve the contents of the amber vial (1 mg of each sugar) in the 10 mL of diluent to make a stock standard.
4. Dilute 1000x with 70:30 acetonitrile/water to make a solution for injection.
